Day 1 - Arrive in Srinagar
Greetings from one of the most fascinating places, Kashmir! Our representative or driver will meet you at the Srinagar Airport and take you to your houseboat for check-in and a quick rest.
Explore the stunning Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh, go to the famous Shankaracharya Temple, and have a picturesque Shikara ride on Dal Lake in the evening.
(Note: The Tulip Garden will be included to your schedule as an additional tourist location during the Tulip season.)
Spend the night on a Srinagar houseboat.
Day 2 - Srinagar – Excursion to Gulmarg (90 kms / 3 ½ hours one way)
Following a breakfast buffet, spend the entire day traveling to Gulmarg, often known as the “Meadow of Flowers.”
Enjoy the Gulmarg Gondola, Asia’s tallest cable car project, when you arrive. Ascend to Phase 1-Khilanmarg for breathtaking views of the valley and the Pir Panjal Mountains. On the snow-covered slopes, you may also take part in sports like sledge or snowmobile rides (charges apply).
Visit the Handloom Emporium on your way back to Srinagar before spending the night on your houseboat. Dinner and a night on the Srinagar houseboat.
Note: We will travel to Yusmarg in the event of severe snowfall or if Gulmarg is closed. The free Gulmarg Gondola ticket is contingent upon availability. Tickets can be reserved in advance at www.jammukashmircablecar.com. Please be aware that local transportation in Gulmarg (local cars or horses) is paid for directly and that the visit may need to be rescheduled.
Day 3 - Excursion to Sonmarg (En-route visit to Kheer Bhawani Temple)
Following a buffet breakfast, spend the day traveling to Sonmarg, sometimes referred to as the “Golden Meadow.” Sonmarg, which is in the Sind Valley, is encircled by breathtaking mountains and colorful flora.
See the holy Kheer Bhawani Temple en way. Numerous hikes to the high-altitude Himalayan lakes begin in Sonmarg.
When you get there, take a pony ride up to Thajiwas Glacier (if available and paid for in advance) or try sledge riding on the snow (extra fees apply).
Day 4 - Srinagar to Pahalgam: (Day Trip)
Following a buffet breakfast, continue on a day trip to Pahalgam, which is known for its breathtaking scenery and is tucked away in the charming Liddar Valley in the high Himalayas. In addition to being the beginning place for the yearly pilgrimage to the Amarnath Cave, the area is ideal for climbing, trekking, and fishing.
See the Sun Temple at Martand and the Avantipur Ruins while traveling.
See the Mamal Temple (Mamaleshwar Temple) and Shri Gaurishanker Temple when you first arrive in Pahalgam.
In the evening, head back to Srinagar for dinner and a hotel stay.
Day 5 - Fly Back Home - Departure from Srinagar
Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight after breakfast, bringing with you fond memories of your journey!
