Day 1: Arrival in Madurai
Upon arrival at Madurai’s airport, railway station, or bus station, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After checking in and freshening up, head out for a sightseeing tour, visiting the iconic Meenakshi Amman Temple and the Tiruparakkundram Temple. After a fulfilling day, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Rameswaram
Drive to Rameswaram after checking out of the hotel after breakfast. When you get there, check out these attractions:
Ramar Patham: A revered location where Lord Rama’s footprints can be found.
Ram Zarukka is a two-story Hindu temple perched on a mountaintop that features a shrine to Lord Rama’s footsteps, holy wells, and expansive vistas.
One of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples, Ramanathaswamy Temple is a well-known Hindu temple on Rameswaram Island that is devoted to Lord Shiva.
A well-known bridge that links Rameswaram with the mainland is the Pamban Bridge.
Visit the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Memorial thereafter, and then head back to your lodging. Spend the night at the hotel.
Day 3: Rameswaram
Following breakfast, spend the entire day exploring Dhanushkodi, a medieval town renowned for its breathtaking beaches and the remains of an old temple. Discover the distinctive scenery and the ruins of this prosperous town that was destroyed by a typhoon in 1964. Return to your Rameswaram hotel for the night after the day’s adventure.
Day 4: Rameswaram to Kodaikanal (6-hour drive)
After breakfast, leave the hotel and head towards Kodaikanal after seeing the Mani Darshan in the morning. Savor the picturesque journey along verdant, winding roads. Check into your hotel when you get to Kodaikanal. Enjoy a restful overnight stay in Kodaikanal and spend the remainder of the evening at your leisure.
Day 5: Kodaikanal
Start your full day of sightseeing after breakfast by going to the well-known Guna Caves, which were found in 1821. The caves provide a distinctive and picturesque experience since they are tucked away between three enormous, pillar-shaped boulders. Return to your accommodation for the night in Kodaikanal after exploring the caverns.
Day 6: Kodaikanal to Madurai (Departure)
Check out of the hotel after breakfast and head to Madurai Airport to continue your journey. Your services are now terminated.
